Capless Induction Sealing Glass Bottles with Metal Lids

Capless Induction Sealing with Metal Lids

This is SealerOn’s 5-head capless induction sealing machine. With this, dry products packed into glass can be induction sealed—even if the package has a metal lid. The machine fills the glass jars, adds a desiccant and then the Capless Induction Sealing Process takes place. Finally, an attractive metal cap is placed over the sealed top of the glass jar.

Products are finished in a high-end glass package with tamper evidence and a moisture and oxygen barrier with close to zero transmission rates.

How does our 5-Head Capless Induction Sealing Machine do it?

Rolled induction sealing material is cut and applied to the top sealing surface of the vial. Our unit has 5 filling sealing heads allowing for higher processing speeds. The sealing cycle then lasts 0.2 to 0.4 seconds introducing only minimal heat energy to produce the seal.

Key Benefits to Capless Induction Sealing

  • 100% visual inspection of the seal is possible.
  • More pressure can be applied at the time of sealing resulting in a better and more even contact during the induction sealing cycle.
  • For single-use containers, the process can eliminate the need for multi-layer cap lining or even eliminate the need for a cap altogether.
  • For containers with metal/metalized plastic caps, tamper evidence is still achievable along with a moisture and oxygen barrier with close to zero transmission rates.

Capless Induction Sealing Using Pre-Cut Liners

Capless Induction Sealing using Pre-cut Induction Liners

This machine is a Single Rotary Head Capless Induction Sealer. With this machine, the jars are first filled, and then the Capless Induction Sealing Process takes place. Finally, a cap is applied on the product, which may be metal or metalized.

With high end products, a high end glass package can be achieved with tamper evidence along with a moisture and oxygen barrier. This allows the product to have  close to zero transmission rates.

How is Capless Induction Sealing done?

Pre-cut induction sealing materials are loaded into a single magazine above the rotating induction sealing head(s). An induction seal is then transferred onto the induction sealing head and applied to the top sealing surface of the Product. Each induction sealing cycle lasting merely 0.2 to 0.4 seconds can already seal the product in, while introducing only minimal heat energy.

Key Benefits of Capless Induction Sealing

  • 100% visual inspection of the seal is possible.
  • More pressure can be applied at the time of sealing, resulting in a much better and more even contact during the induction sealing cycle.
  • For single use containers, capless induction sealing can eliminate the need for multi-layer cap lining or even eliminate the need for a cap.
  • For containers with metal or metalized plastic caps, tamper evidence can still be achieved along with a moisutre and oxygen barrier with close to zero transmission rates.
  • Size Change Tools are relatively simple to fit and inexpensive.
  • Promotions can be added onto the foil prior to placing the cap on the jar so consumers can participate in promotions when they open your product.

Covid19 Applications – Diagnostic Reagent Tube Filling and Sealing

Covid-19 Impact

With its rampant spread, the COVID-19 phenomenon has decimated lives, livelihoods and caused the world to grind to a screeching halt. The devastation left in its wake has motivated the world to unite against this deadly phenomenon and to help diminish its spread through extensive testing methods.

Covid-19 Reagents

Methodologies for the detection of the virus make use of reagents—substances added to the patients’ samples to initiate a chemical reaction, which can then be interpreted. The science is still developing, however, the resources needed have become scarce as the virus spreads.

Covid Testing Kit Manufacture

The need for faster dissemination of testing materials has pushed companies all over the world to produce more reagent based test kits. We can make facilitate this process more efficient through the use of machines already designed and tested to specifically fill and seal diagnostic reagent tubes or reagent vials.

Covid-19 Reagent Machine

Our 10-head machine is capable of filling and sealing more than 60 quality reagent tubes every single minute.

Diagnostic Reagent Filling and Capless Induction Sealing Machine - Covid19 Applications

At SealerOn, we are able to offer you this equipment either as stand-alone or help you streamline your entire production from the moulding of the tubes through to packing them for fast deployment all over the world.

We have engineers at hand that can help you with machine set-up and whatever needs may arise during the process. Along with competitive pricing, we also offer you–our valued clients–the best consultation, equipment and turnkey solutions to help you with any of your future test kit endeavours.

SealerOn’s Single Rotary Head, Capless Induction Sealing Machine

Single Rotary Head, Capless Induction Sealing Machine

This is SealerOn’s Single Rotary Head, Capless Induction Sealing Machine. With this machine, jars are first filled and then the capless induction sealing process takes place. How does the Single Rotary Head Capless Induction Sealing Machine work?

Rolled induction sealing material is cut and applied to the top sealing surface of the vial. An induction sealing cycle as short as 0.2 to 0.4 seconds can seal the top of the film using minimal heat energy.

Key Benefits to Capless Induction Sealing

  • 100% visual inspection of the seal is possible.
  • More pressure can be applied at the time of sealing resulting in better and more even contact during the induction sealing cycle.
