Large Caps

The SealerOn™ Induction Sealing Machine range is a versatile entry level range aimed primarily at Flat Cap induction sealing applications. 

The SealerOn™ 3000 is typically rated for Flat Caps of Diameter 20 mm to 120 mm traveling on a conveyor at speeds up to 20 Meters (60 Ft) per minute.

The Actual Speed needs to be determined with the Cap, Lining Material and Bottle combination to hand. The Standard frame Allows the Sealing Head to be adjusted from 710 mm to 1200 mm above the floor Level. This height range can be “offset” up or down upon request. Technicians are not expected to repair any components.

Ideally a spare Generator is on hand or can be provided while the Generator is sent to our manufacturers service center for repair.

We believe there is no better value medium priced “High End” Induction Sealing Equipment. There are unique features to allow process validation and adjustable width sealing head tunnels are available.

Depending on the range of product and cap, lid, closure shapes, different sealing heads can be supplied.

Options include:

  1. Missing Foil Detection with Bottle Eject Mechanism or Signal
  2. Bottle Accumulation Detection to avoid the situation where bottles are stalled under the active sealing head.
  3. Pressurized Cabinet version to work in dangerous areas.
  4. Fieldbus connection to the production process ASI/PROFIBUS/CAM OPEN/DEVICE NET
  5. Integration of power regulation proportional to the speed of the conveyor via feedback from your existing conveyor’s speed controller. This is another key advantage that MeRo are able to offer over nearly other make.

On this web site we show the most common configurations, however, we have the capability to supply a number of less conventional induction sealing configurations where required.

The MeRo™ Induction Machine Range is a high end quality machine, however, we have kept this range in the medium priced range for Induction Sealing Equipment.  The MeRo™ induction machine boasts exclusive features such as adjustable width sealing tunnels and an energy transfer process validation measurement capability. Whether your product is packaged at few containers per minute or much higher throughput, the MeRo™ equipment represents the best value Induction Equipment for its calibre of machinery.

MeRo™ Specialty Caps

The MeRo Induction Sealing machines allow for versatility of the Tunnel Sealing Head by offering an Adjustable Width Tunnel.

With this unique feature you can cater for a range of different diameter Specialty Caps and obtain the most efficient energy transfer possible (This means high throughput is possible with a lower power setting).

A Tunnel Induction Sealing Head lets you seal caps where the foil sits a distance greater than say 4 mm from the top surface of the cap; This is often the case with twist top spouts, flip top lids, sports drink caps, sipper caps or shaker caps.

This Adjustable Width Tunnel is perhaps the most versatile option as it will also seal standard flat caps – again providing adjustment to achieve the most efficient energy transfer possible.

MeRo 1KW Air Cooled Bottle Sealer

The MeRo CS1000 Aircooled unit is a reliable workhorse with standard features that many quote as confusingly priced options. It is what we call the deluxe budget machine.

The machine has a Motorised Height Adjustment, Missing Foil Detection, and Bottle Accumulation Detection.  This  unit can be supplied with a flat sealing head or a tunnel sealing head.

Really built in Europe(Italy); not simply assembled with Chinese circuit boards and parts and then sold as a western made machine.

The MeRo equipment comes from the MeRo family of power electronics that includes Corona Treatment Units that go well beyond  75KW !!; so you can trust that you are dealing with equipment manufactured by a company that knows how to build and handle power electronics.

SealerOn™ Flat Caps

With Induction sealing it is important to identify if your range of plastic caps is considered “Flat Caps” or specialty caps.

A “Flat Cap”, generally speaking, refers to a cap where the plane of the induction liner is within 4.0 mm of the plane of the Cap’s top surface.

With only Flat Caps, a Flat Sealing Head can be provided.
With A Flat Sealing Head it is possible to cater for a wide range of cap sizes.

The energy transfer for a Flat Sealing Head is not as efficient as a Tunnel sealing head but the versatility often makes up for the reduced speed throughput compromise of a Flat Sealing Head
