SealerOn™ is our brand of induction sealing machines. They are basic sealing machines customized specifically to each of our customers unique requirements. One machine can be very different to the other even though they may have been created for the same purpose. Basic Induction Sealing Machines
We recommend the SealerOn™ range of induction sealers to several inquiries we have received from small to medium businesses. Many start-up companies on tight budget are looking for an induction machine to seal their products as a better alternative than what they have been using before. We have recently developed SealerOn™ -100 Entry Level Bench Top Machine as an excellent and safe choice for those beginning to use induction sealing or needing to prepare advance market trials of new products and induction sealed packaging. This range of equipment is most suited to production of up to 500 units per Day. For production of up to 5000 units a day we recommend our SealerOn™ 700 workhorse Bench-Top unit.
All of our machines come with LVD and EMF safety certification to CE standards (Very important for high current and high magnetic field Induction Machinery).
Prior to machine purchases, we conduct product combination tests. Tests are performed and results via pictures and email are performed without charge; where an order is placed pending successful sealing tests.
Often when clients are considering the SealerOn™ range they need to separately purchase pre-cut induction liners to fit to their caps. We have a division dedicated to cap lining material and provides pre-cut liners in quantities from 2000 pieces upwards; typical pre-cut supply volume is 10,000 pieces. Our company is also involved in Lining Inserting machines for the cap producers.
